1. OUR COMMUNITY

Vertex Games is committed to creating enjoyable experiences where players can compete, communicate, cooperate, and enjoy our games without unnecessary harassment or abuse.

We expect players to:

• Treat other players with respect
• Play fairly
• Follow the rules of each game
• Respect the privacy of others
• Avoid behavior that disrupts other players' experiences
• Report serious violations through appropriate channels

2. RESPECT OTHER PLAYERS

Players must not engage in behavior intended to harass, threaten, intimidate, or seriously disturb other users.

Examples of prohibited behavior include:

• Harassment
• Bullying
• Threats of violence
• Personal attacks
• Repeated targeted abuse
• Intimidation
• Deliberately encouraging others to harass a player
• Sharing another person's private information without permission
• Attempts to humiliate or seriously harm another player

3. HATE SPEECH AND DISCRIMINATION

We do not allow hateful or discriminatory behavior targeting individuals or groups based on characteristics protected by applicable law.

This includes abusive content targeting people based on characteristics such as:

• Race
• Ethnicity
• National origin
• Religion
• Sex
• Disability
• Age
• Or other protected characteristics

Do not use slurs, hateful symbols, or other content intended to promote hatred or discrimination.

4. THREATS AND DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR

Threats of violence, credible threats of harm, or encouragement of real-world violence are not permitted.

Do not use Vertex Games services to:

• Threaten another person
• Encourage violence
• Coordinate harmful activity
• Encourage self-harm
• Promote dangerous illegal activity

Where appropriate, serious threats may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. CHEATING

Fair competition is an important part of multiplayer gaming.

Do not use unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage.

• Cheats
• Hacks
• Bots
• Unauthorized scripts
• Exploits
• Modified game clients
• Unauthorized third-party software
• Network manipulation
• Automation intended to gain an unfair advantage
• Circumventing game security systems

Do not distribute cheats or tools designed to compromise the integrity of our games.

6. EXPLOITING BUGS AND VULNERABILITIES

If you discover a bug, exploit, security vulnerability, or other unintended behavior, please report it to Vertex Games rather than using it to gain an unfair advantage.

Do not:

• Abuse exploits
• Reproduce exploits for competitive advantage
• Distribute exploit instructions intended to harm the game
• Use vulnerabilities to access unauthorized information
• Attack or disrupt game services

Security issues should be reported responsibly.

7. IMPERSONATION

Do not impersonate:

• Vertex Games
• Vertex Games employees
• Developers
• Moderators
• Customer support representatives
• Other players
• Public figures
• Other organizations

Do not create accounts, profiles, messages, or content intended to falsely represent an official Vertex Games account or representative.

8. SPAM AND SCAMS

Do not use our services to distribute spam, scams, or deceptive content.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Repeated unwanted messages
• Fraudulent offers
• Phishing attempts
• Fake giveaways
• Fake support requests
• Malicious links
• Attempts to steal account information
• Attempts to obtain payment information through deception
• Advertising unrelated services excessively

9. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Respect the privacy of other users.

Do not:

• Share another person's private information without permission
• Attempt to discover another user's private information
• Publish addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information
• Threaten to expose private information
• Collect personal information from other users for unauthorized purposes

Do not ask other players to provide passwords or sensitive account information.

10. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Do not use Vertex Games services to facilitate or promote illegal activities.

This includes using our services to:

• Commit fraud
• Distribute malware
• Facilitate unauthorized access
• Coordinate criminal activity
• Distribute illegal content
• Conduct scams
• Evade lawful restrictions

We may take action when activity violates applicable law or creates a serious risk to our users or services.

11. SEXUAL OR INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT

Do not use Vertex Games services to distribute or promote inappropriate sexual content, especially content involving minors.

Prohibited content may include:

• Sexual exploitation
• Sexual content involving minors
• Sexual harassment
• Explicit sexual material where prohibited by the applicable service
• Sexual threats or coercion

Content that violates applicable law may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

12. MALICIOUS SOFTWARE AND SECURITY ABUSE

Do not use our services to distribute or facilitate:

• Viruses
• Malware
• Ransomware
• Spyware
• Credential-stealing software
• Malicious scripts
• Other harmful software

Do not attempt to:

• Attack our servers
• Overload our services
• Circumvent security controls
• Gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with other users' connections
• Disrupt multiplayer services

13. IN-GAME NAMES AND USER CONTENT

If our games allow players to create usernames, profiles, messages, or other user-generated content, that content must comply with these Community Guidelines.

Do not use names or content that:

• Impersonate another person or organization
• Contain hateful or discriminatory language
• Promote violence
• Contain serious harassment
• Facilitate scams
• Reveal private information
• Promote illegal activity
• Attempt to evade moderation or enforcement

14. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you encounter behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, you may report it to Vertex Games.

Reports may be submitted through:

When making a report, provide as much useful information as possible, such as:

• Your username
• The reported player's username
• Approximate date and time
• Game or service involved
• Description of the incident

Do not submit unnecessary personal information when making a report.

We may review reports and other information relating to potential violations.

Depending on the circumstances, we may take actions such as:

• Warning
• Removing content
• Restricting specific features
• Suspending an account
• Temporarily restricting online access
• Permanently restricting access
• Terminating an account
• Taking other reasonable measures

The action taken may depend on:

• Severity of the violation
• Impact on other users
• Frequency of violations
• Evidence available
• Previous violations
• Security implications
• Applicable law

16. SERIOUS OR REPEATED VIOLATIONS

Serious or repeated violations may result in stronger enforcement action.

Examples may include:

• Repeated cheating
• Serious harassment
• Threats
• Fraud
• Attempts to compromise game security
• Distribution of malware
• Deliberate attacks against our services
• Exploitation of other users
• Serious violations of applicable law

17. FALSE REPORTS

Please submit reports honestly and in good faith.

Do not intentionally submit false reports to harass, punish, or interfere with another player.

Repeated abuse of the reporting system may itself result in enforcement action.

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may contact us at:

We may review appeals where appropriate.

Not every enforcement decision may be reversible.

19. THIRD-PARTY COMMUNITIES

Vertex Games players may interact through third-party platforms such as social media, forums, chat applications, or other community services.

Those platforms may have their own rules and moderation systems.

When using third-party platforms, you must follow both:

• These Community Guidelines, where applicable
• The rules and policies of the third-party platform

Vertex Games does not control third-party platforms.

20. EPIC ONLINE SERVICES

Some Vertex Games games may use Epic Online Services ("EOS") for online functionality.

This may include features such as:

• Authentication
• Multiplayer
• Matchmaking
• Sessions
• Social functionality
• Other online services

Use of these services may also be subject to applicable Epic Games terms, policies, and rules.

Vertex Games is an independent game studio and is not owned by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Epic Games unless explicitly stated otherwise.

21. SAFETY AND EMERGENCIES

Vertex Games services are not intended to replace emergency services or professional assistance.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services in your location.

Do not rely on in-game reporting systems for emergencies.

22. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

Changes may be made because of:

• New game features
• New online services
• Changes in community needs
• Security concerns
• Changes in applicable law
• Changes to our moderation practices

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
